We strongly suggest you take the exam as close to the end of the INCOSE SEP Exam Preparation Course as possible. INCOSE will send you information on how to contact the Testing Organization, Prometric, to schedule the exam.
Re-Read the Handbook and if you've taken our Exam Preparation course then be sure to review the study materials provided, like the study guide and the Awesome Process Flow Context Diagram. You can even re-take the quizzes and sample 120 question exam so you'll be entirely ready for the test.
