SE Scholar will be using several online services in order to deliver this course.

• We’ll be using Canvas --  an open-source Learning Management System by Instructure Inc. The student needs to get an account with Canvas in order to access the course material and participate in the class discussions.

• All our material will be provided as PDF which can be viewed using Adobe's Adobe Reader. The student is responsible for making any physical paper versions.

• The student must ensure their computer has the right resources necessary and a stable internet connection in order to watch the pre-recorded video presentations.

• You are entitled to a full refund but only if you have not accessed the course because you didn’t obtain a Canvas account per our instructions. E-mail your request admin@se-scholar.com for a full refund.

• Once you access the course, you’ll have access for as long as it takes you to pass the INCOSE SEP Exam.

• When you buy one of our On Line Courses, access is meant for only one individual/student. Do not share access with anybody else.

• The lectures and course materials, including the Process Flow Block Diagram, powerpoint presentations, tests, outlines, and similar materials, are protected by U.S. copyright law. SE Scholar is the exclusive owner of the copyright in those materials created. The course materials are for the students' own use. You are not authorised to reproduce, distribute or display (post/upload) course materials.

• We expect you to confirm that the Course purchased will meet your needs. If you do not pass the INCOSE SEP Exam on the first try, we’ll refund the cost for you to take the test again. We do not make any other guarantee for any other particular results, professional qualification or employment opportunity from the purchase and completion of the course.
